There are still some rough parts, but as Brian said, there is more good than bad and the City is really working on turning itself around with some significant improvements and developments.

Surrounded by mountains in a valley that naturally constricts growth there will continue to be a shortage of housing.

House was $172k renting at $1550 a  month.

Currently I am house hacking as a mid-term landlord (list on Airbnb.. renting Jack and Jill upstairs in our home to traveling professionals) we are consistently booked and lots of inquiries.
