Hi Guys

i am looking to invest in the westwood area in memphis. I am looking forward to some investors to share experiences who have invested in this area. Is it a lot of work to maintain the house in this area? I am specifically looking in the indian hills community area. If there are bad experience i prefer staying of the area. Please advise.
