I was discussing rent and property situation with my tenants, and they got pretty heated and threaten me with legal jargons.

I want to get this fixed, as I'm sure it's driving up my tenants heating bills and could lead to increased vacancy in the future if they're too high. 

That meant our units had air conditioning and individually controllable heat and the tenants were paying for the utilities!

The people you rent to will be more so classified as "Lodgers." in a co-living situation.The Rental license is not "strictly enforced" right now but new laws are in place and enforcement will start heating up. 

Pet hair will make its way into the crevices of the homes appliances and heating systems.

When we receive a work order it's always classified as non-emergency, Urgent, or Emergency.Calls first go to our U.S based call center who identifies potential emergencies such as leaks, no heat, clogs, etc. 

I was going to have the Electric, Plumbing and Drains, Heating System, and Roof all inspected by independent contractors in their fields. 

Unless you've got an issue with the heating, plumbing or electrical systems no further discussion is needed. 

One dilemma we are pondering is whether we want to build the building using gas for heating or do we want to go all electric.

(That's what it was really designed for and I'll likely take some heat for even mention it.
