The one you select will depend on the size of the area, the air tightness and insulation of your envelope, and your environment.  

Long term employees performing fairly repetitive tasks in the same environment over and over again... materials shipped to the same place means less logistical nightmare to contend with.Cars are also a lot less of a team sport.
