Gypsum board is no good in extremely high moisture environments.

That same environment just doesn't exist here, so of course things are spreading more slowly.

If I were in my early twenties, I'd be investing heavily in all assets that do well in inflationary environments, ie real estate, stocks, gold, commodities.  

Not only is EVs better for the environment/climate change but it's better for your wallet! 

It is a landlords responsibility to insure all tenants have a "reasonable enjoyment' environment. 

The city offers a great environment for pulling tenants.The issue with Scranton at the moment is its politics and poor leadership.

One can buy in Richmond for same price points as Stockton and same basic environment safety wise.Also can go up to Winters or Capay valley  Dixon etc bout the same distances. but to me Richmond is a gold mine that over the next 20 years is going to make a lot of people a lot of money.just like East palo alto and East Menlo..

We insist on new members coming for free to make sure they want to be part of that type of environment.
