Hi Jason,If those numbers are correct I would not let the roof damage scare you away as it seems there is plenty of equity built although the missing puzzle piece is your estimated cost to renovate.....As far as the roof goes, as long as the leak was contained in the 2 areas it should not be a big deal.

i really appreciate the advice, I guess im more scared of taxes since ive never really been pretty much self employed, and a close friend told me something about job incentives in each state, and how they offer discounts just for having a company in their state, so just figuring all that stuff out scares me and me always question every tiny detail. do you have any advice as far as me making a company??
