Hi James,This is very bright idea. this is one that I have thought of doing my self, if you can produce consistently and pre-screen these leads you will be love by agents once you hand them off to them, one because like you said, it is all about ROI (time + money) to obtain these leads, and for an agent time is so valuable, plus they only have to paid you once it is closed not up front.

A self-directed IRA is not a means for you to get your hands on the IRA money for your own purposes - though I have been to some guru seminars that want to make it sound that way (while hiding behind "I'm not a tax attorney" disclosures).What a self-directed IRA can do is allow you to take self-directed retirement savings and invest in alternative assets, potentially in a situation where you have much more control and knowledge than with just sending money off to Wall St.

I have never used leadpropeller but I have used other lead systems and carrot has won hands down. with just there trainings of the system and the extras you can purchase to have them do all the i.t. work for you.
