Any encouraging stories out there of small time guys like myself?

I am finally at a computer that is working for the @ feature of the website so I included all posters.

I have to admit I am a little skeptical, but meeting others on here that are attending is encouraging.

I honestly just google "[COUNTY] property tax search" and am able to find the correct correct link for assessor's offices' property search features ~95% of the time.

What are some ideas that can help encourage the tenant to leave the place in good shape and to prevent or minimize damage done by a disgruntled tenant who is getting evicted?

What does the Vote feature do?

Your agent probably advised you to avoid auctions because he/she doesn't understand auctions (most real estate agents don't), or because he/she wants to earn a commission from you, or because he/she knows enough about auctions to understand the risks and is encouraging you to take a safer path.

To use the @mention feature properly, you have to start typing the person's name after the @ symbol and then wait a second and a popup will show up under the text box and then you click on the person you are trying to mention.
