Newbie from Prescott, Arizona
Hello, my name is Matthew Perry. I purchased my first property, a duoplex, started a blog to record the adventure, and am very curious to learn more. I am just getting started, but I came across this site, and I am enjoying learning more from the podcasts, articles, and forums here. Eventually, I would like to buy and hold additional multifamily properties, and possibly, condos as well. I am looking forward to learning more.

I see you are from Prescott, AZ. I LOVE Prescott! My hubby and I used to live in the west side of Phoenix valley and we would always travel to Prescott for just mini getaways. Many good memories there!
Is your first duplex in Arizona as well? I rent out my former residence there in Surprise, AZ. So far it is working out well.
