I use a CPA in Vero that is familiar with real estate and other tax strategies.

Of course every state and some cities have different laws so make sure you're familiar with the rules/regs where your property is located.

Kelly, I am not familiar with your area but I can tell you as a realtor, that you definitely want to get a pre-approval first, otherwise what is the point in trying to negotiate or discuss anything if you cannot buy the house.
