I’m new to investing (just turned 18) and wanting to learn basics

Hello all

I’m an 18 year old and wondering how to go about investing in the future . It’s something I’m wanting to be able to rely on in years to come and hopefully retire early with the money that is coming in from my investment properties. I just don’t know where to start ? Is it too late to start learning now ? Do you need to already be quite successful and have a lot of money to be able to invest ?

Any advice is very helpful !
