I keep track of actuals vs projections in my own Excel spreadsheets, so quite simple to use.I will add that for rentals, there's the 50% rule that many people post about, and with multiple properties for almost 15 years now, I find that's about true.

I added them to an excel doc, got the owners address of the county tax records and mailed out 45 handwritten letters on my first mailing, 65 handwritten letters on my second mailing and nearly 100 handwritten letters on my 3rd mailing.
