Most condo ads are the same everywhere I look which ultimately turns the engagement into a commodity play.

We've been engaging in many of the cities in Salt Lake County and some in Weber county.  

The broker said prepare to lose it all... not exactly a big vote of confidence in their skills.

The official Unlawful Detainer legal forms  are fairly intimidating, and I know the process and am confident.  

Right now we're waiting on a court date.I'm confident that the tenant will go...eventually.As for the money, the tenant's deposit is twice the monthly rent, so we're essentially square, as of the end of July, for rents (if we keep the entire deposit). 

So ...um...here's a thought...how about you consult a lawyer before potentially engaging "self-help" and possibly either getting yourself sued, shot or in jail? 

So, it keeps me engaged, which is good, because I bore easily. 

Each county has a foreclosure process and how good a job they do with it has a lot to do with how confident you can be buying foreclosed property wherever you get it - at auction, on mls, or from a private source.

They seemed very confident when they pre-approved me 4 times... now they wait until after I spend over $2200 to tell me that I can't get a loan over a HUNDRED dollars.

I'm pretty sure he owns it outright at this point and  I am confident he will like the idea of reliable monthly income with out the headache of being the landlord.
