Houston TX, Atl GA, Indy IN, Chicago ILI know portfolio loans area available too but they usually require larger loans like 500K Minimum and that could be a challenge to execute all at once.If anyone else has any other tips - please share!

They may know people who are looking for a place...kinda like letting them pick their neighbor.Use 2 or 3 three strategies you can execute well and effectively.  

Could be dogs too.Normally my solution would be to put up a fence all the way around the back, but this is a lake so this will block the view.My backyard extends to a seawall, then from the seawall slopes a few feet down to a platform where a kayak, paddle boat etc... can be launched. 

They might simply want a place to wash their dog.

LLCs are usually a good idea, but just need to be executed for the right reasons.

Seems everyone and their dog is on the wholesale train, after you learn real estate, you'll probably get off that train at the first stop.
