SOLVED:After much churn with template documents and trying (and failing) to connect with an RE Attorney I call the title company I generally use.

For any wholesaler out there, when you first went about getting an assignment contract/double close documents produced did you have your own drawn up and then reviewed by an attorney? 

The lender just needs to understand how you are paid and they will document your annual income.
