Have Seller willing to finance, now what!?
Ok, so I had an extremely motivated seller approach me about buying their property. I told them I didn't have any capital available at the moment but if they were interested in seller financing I was sure we could work something out. I put together some terms and they've agreed to them to my surprise?!
I guess my question is, now what? I've contacted a lawyer about the agreement but haven't heard back. Do I need to get a title company or can a lawyer take care of everything I need in a seller agreement?
I've scoured this forum for a seller financing agreement to start with but haven't found anything yet. I feel like I've done the hard part of getting the seller to agree to terms I'm just at a loss on what the best next steps are.
Thanks in advance.
