On one hand, we have been very excited with this new property.

If you on the other hand have a project that could put the capital to work and produce a greater return faster then sell.

I have a couple properties that I could wholesale and the people I have talked to want to solicit for people and have you pay for trainings, or one person has ghosted me after he got the info on the property.

You can hire a company to turn key it for you for about 2x that, but it wasn’t bad managing clean out for a couple of days.

Remove the carpet yourself to save a couple dollars.  

They want me to do a handful of the buyer loans at a reduced sale price before financing the home purchases, chicken and the egg scenario.
