My name is Rob Jones and I have been following BP podcasts and their YouTube channel for awhile now and have finally bit the bullet and joined the community.  

Most of my communication with them is through automatic systems (we have backed software for showings) and for offers (there is a backend system for offers) then depending on the listing, the bank responds directly to the contract and once it gets accepted, its all through the lawyers.  

Make sure you communicate to your private lender what you are doing.

@Nikki Grizzle - the road of least resistance (prevent communication issues) is to hold the tenant responsible for anything that's not normal wear and tear.

I'm in a similar situation where I have good tenants presently and they have verbally communicated that they would be willing to leave the unit early upon my request for a financial incentive.

For a loan being sold on secondary market, the banker cannot communicate directly with the person performing the appraisal before the appraisal is complete.

so i am on hold as i type with Intuit and the CS rep just told me that intuit payment network is being phased out.He was surprised that I have not gotten a communication from them telling me that.

@Vince FutiaDepending on the type of building you have, and local laws, you can look into doing data/telecommunications antenna lease to a communications company, since bandwidth is needed more and more.
