This is business and if she pays the rent and takes care of the place who cares what color her hair is, how she walks or how she talks.

I don't care about the color of skin, the kind of accent they have, and what their sexual orientation is.

If the walls did not have to be painted, but updating the color scheme might be considered necessary to get your property rented with the shortest period of vacancy.

I use the same colors in all houses (many do this), but whats different for me is that I do this even in working class neighborhoods.
