Hi @Mary Ann I would suggest you read the article on how to analyze deals on here and then create your own spreadsheet in excel based off that article and do the numbers.

This article points to Jacksonville's excellent environment for entrepreneurs.  

However, I believe the asking price might be a bit steep.After following the deal analysis article on the site, I have came up with a Cash Flow of only $1032/year if i were to rent out both sides.

I watched a webinar with @Brandon Turner around 8pm EST and have been reading articles and the UBG since it ended.

Biggerpockets podcasts as well as articles have been a big help!
