Just wanted to introduce myself on the forums. I discovered biggerpockets around 9 months ago and im very grateful to have this community to guide me through the real estate investment process. Currently im a part time buy and hold investor and a full time health professional. Biggerpockets podcasts as well as articles have been a big help! Just want to say Thank You to all fellow investors!
