I am just starting to get into the apartment game and I am looking for the best ways to build my contact list for people who might have, or know someone with, an apartment for sale.

I know have a foot in the game and am excited to see where this will take me.

You need one of those to get you out of your head and into the game. 

Looking to be financially independent within 10 years, so should I be prioritizing appreciation or cash flow this early in the game?
