Newbie Investor in Cincinnati, OH!

Hello! I'm a newbie investor in the Cincinnati, OH area (and also happen to be new to the Cincinnati, OH area). I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for around two years, I even created my BP profile a while ago, but am just now ready to start investing. My end goal is the dream - quit my full time job and live off of rental income! I would love to make it happen in the next 5-10 years.

I'm looking to invest in single family or multi family buy and hold rentals. The areas I'm interested in are North Cincy (Mt Healthy, Finneytown, Springfield Township, North College Hill, this is the area I currently live in), the Xavier University area (Norwood, Evanston, North Avondale), and the Northeast (Kenwood, Deer Park, Amberley, Silverton). The Northeast area may be a bit of a stretch, but wanted to add just in case there might be an opportunity there! Recommendations for great neighborhoods to invest in are always welcome! :) (Not sure if this was too much info for my first post?)

Right now, my biggest hurdle is not having a real estate agent. I'm a little terrified of cold calling Sibcy Cline and getting whoever just answered the phone.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a real estate agent in Cincinnati that is newbie investor friendly?

I'm super excited to get more involved in the Bigger Pockets community and start my investing journey!
