Hi @emmanuel you can network with realtors, launch a direct mail campaign, use bandit signs, Craigslist and a bunch of other strategies.

Look into direct mail/yellow letters, as a well planned and executed campaign will work.

In addition, I checked the Google Adword account, in which they are suppose to setup the campaign in to move my website up in the search result and no campaign is setup at all.  

I am excited to start my first Boston area mailing campaign soon.

I am creating a marketing campaign for my flipping business (I was in advertising/marketing in a former life).

I am getting prepped for my direct mailing campaign and will be taking baby steps from there.

Hello BP,During one of my direct mail campaigns( I am a wholesaler) I came across a property that I need some serious advice on.

Switching gears a little, I'm wholesaling, this is my first DM campaign, but it seems to be a numbers game, and if this holds true, well I'm making strides to quit my job.

What sort of response rate are you all getting from direct mail postcard marketing campaigns assuming the list isn't over saturated, and what are the percentage breakdowns of your responses between phone calls and web leads?
