Hello Bigger Pockets members! What an excellent resource Bigger Pockets is. So glad to get involved with all you REI's.

So my quick story is my wife and I just moved into the Boston area from Detroit and I am starting to branch out and get acquainted with the new setting and market. Due to my wife's career, which ultimately dictates all, we have relocated to Boston so she can complete the last leg of what seems to be a never ending medical training endeavor. I leave behind a decent portfolio of SFR rentals in Michigan in which I am managing long distance. Presently, I am trying to get some traction in Boston and hopefully aid other rehab/ landlord type investors by tracking down properties for them or "wholesaling" while I am out here.

I would love to connect with all investors, especially Boston area members and learn more about the market, their businesses, strategies, and any help I could be to finding them deals.

Thank you!
