The STR business is difficult due to state and local guidelines.

I have no way to predict what the mortgage business will be like in ten years.

My lady friend ( Ex ) was to play that role (realtor)  . and I do the trucking, put the money together and build our real estate business but it didn’t worked as planned.

100% my business is helping with the financing to buy in the STR asset class.  90% of my clients use our unicorn 10% down second home occupancy loan that has lower fees and rates compared to Fannie and Freddie.

You need to think of this as an operating business.  

Which in turn will bring plenty of other investors and general business into the market.

I didn’t think about the lawn business being a good potential source for real estate relationships.
