The numbers for putting together mobile home Land/Home packages look like they are starting to make sense again.I’m seeing land (1-2 acres) for $40k, a decent new double wide for $80k, and development costs for about $20k.

And, ideally, I'd want to refer you to the agent working that other area (because I could then negotiate a referral fee with them and get paid regardless of where you buy)3) where you will burn bridges and get yourself (and agent) into trouble, though, is if you are using one agent to do all the work and then writing the offer with a different agent.
