The numbers for putting together mobile home Land/Home packages look like they are starting to make sense again.

I’m seeing land (1-2 acres) for $40k, a decent new double wide for $80k, and development costs for about $20k. Total cost $140k.

Sales price about $190k less $10k cost of sales, proceeds $180k, for a net profit of $40k. Get your land and home for less and increase the margin.

Are you seen similar numbers in your market? Anything jump out at you that I am missing?
