Many of the people I have met have been in the Real Estate biz.The reason I started consulting was for the simple fact that I was tired of seeing good folks get burned here.

I got burned on shoddy construction practices on a new construction condo.

That would get rid of any burn out you may have for investing and you will be thanking the heavens above for the life you have!

Clients will expect you do the same thing (I know this problem EXACTLY as we have been burned by this).

I have $33,000 burning a hole in my pocket & i'd love to purchase my first rental property.

Some choose to burn the ships and go on an adventure. 

If you feel these tenants were burned by the early hiccups, let them move out and start fresh with someone else that won't experience the hiccups and is willing to pay market rate.

The consequences of not fixing it are the house burning down.

Ideally I would be the silent investor on projects I care deeply about -- there are a dozen excellent ones near me - but I was burned on the last 2 due to me not having the time, energy or experience to run the team.

So it also keeps agents, lenders,  title, box stores, etc with less $ to burn.
