Hello all, My name is Isham Collier. I am an American living in Costa Rica. I specialize in Real Estate Consulting for the entire country. Costa Rica is kind of like the Wild West of Real Estate. No license required to practice here and seems as though every foreigner who sets foot in this country hangs up a shingle. Competition is fierce and there are many who would try and scam you.

I started in the the Tourism sector here. I was the Lead designer, owner and operator of one of Costa Ricas top boutique hotels (5 stars). I retired some years ago from the industry to pursue other endeavors.

In my time here I have met some great people, and some not so great. Many of the people I have met have been in the Real Estate biz.

The reason I started consulting was for the simple fact that I was tired of seeing good folks get burned here. I only work with whom I feel are the very best Realtors this country has to offer, and that list is pretty short. My services are free to the client as my commission comes from the Agent I refer my clients too.

The second reason I do what I do is my passion which is Charity work. I use the commissions I get to help fund my charity endeavors here in Costa Rica.

There it is, that's who I am
Cheers
