There are great investment opportunities but also BIG pitfalls and traps to fall into.

You feel trapped and sometimes it feels like you can't make it another month, never mind a year.

Don't fall in the trap of thinking you will come out ahead by paying more interest because its tax deductible.

I guess "there's a sucker born every minute" and that's what they're counting on.

I don't see a widespread strong work ethic in the native-born urban ghetto.

Don't fall under the trap that because the Seller has been squeezing the expenses by not performing proper maintenance (think septic pumping, tree trimming, road maintenance, deferred capital expenses) that this Park will always have a 25% expense ratio - it should be much higher and you will be lucky to have a single year under 30%.  

I was born and raised in Southern California and I am pretty familiar with a lot of the areas.

The lint trap & plastic to hold the lint trap are inside the back of the dryer (vs. typical in front & you slide it up to remove the lint).

It is so easy to get into the trap of wanting to get the property to the standards you would want to live in.
