It's booming and if you can find the right areas there's plenty of opportunity

Some RE markets are driven by American expats in the coasts and the border (Baja California, Puerto Vallarta, Manzanillo, Mérida, Cancun) and Lake Chapala, San Miguel de Allende and other hotspots for US baby boomers retiring in Mexico, and Mexican-Americans moving to México, all prices traded in US dollars.The economy of some Mexican States is booming and the real estate prices are ridiculously low with high potential for appreciation.

I've seen this boom of wholesalers over the last year here in my area.

this statement is incorrectJust dont get so caught up in the doom and gloom that you sell everything and miss out on the boom part of the cycle that always comes after the bust.I saw this happen in 2009. some said the market is really bad and they went into cash. 

The buildings built in the boom years of manufacturing 1920s 1950s and 1960s make particularly great rentals.

Charlotte is a booming market and is only continuing to grow, plus I was born here and it always felt like home when I came back to visit (even though I was only here until 2 years old).

Southern California's real estate market is booming right now.

Or think of an Oil and Gas Company --- as you may know, Pennsylvania had a boom with oil and gas due to Marcellus Shale.
