Hey BP. Just wanted to take a moment and introduce myself. My name is Chris Guillory and I'm a new investor in Fort Worth Tx. I've been in the business for about 3-4  years now. All my experience has been with buy and hold. Currently have 3 properties in Oklahoma  as rentals. I'm currently a car salesman and have been in the industry for 2 years now. I'm looking to make the transition to full time investor. I've seen this boom of wholesalers over the last year here in my area. From what I gather, that is supposed to be the new wave of making money in between deals. I'm looking to get more into that to help with the transition. In any case, I look forward to networking and learning from you guys!
