Owner builder or building with a Contractor are questions I need answered plus any info I can get to improve my changes of getting a competitive loan. 

With no disrespect intended to BP, most of the folks I run into who use the various calculators provided here have NO real understanding of how to analyze an actual deal.Much in the way one can't become a Jedi without building a lightsaber, you won't become a confident and complete real estate investor until you can build your own analysis spreadsheet.

Sure, deals are important, but building genuine connections and working together towards success?

I have worked with investors on multi family homes and apartment buildings up to 24 units.   

But, worry about building wealth/equity. 

So i'm in a market with little or no comps and there is no general cap rate for the area. with this in mind how do I figure out what my building is worth? 

I’ve been effectively “incentivizing” tenants in one building to continue renewing their leases in a town where I haven’t been able to find any comps by not raising their rents for 3 years.

It's so invaluable to learn from others and build your team.
