Assuming the tenants are month-to-month, you could soften the blow by increasing small amounts over time.

@Jeff Filali  could not agree more.. all these folks that think they can make a bunch of money wholesaling with no sales skills are really in for some heart ache and blowing what ever marketing money they have.. if you have no closing skills your taking huge risk trying that advanced strategy.. 

And I’m not saying that I’m going to just blow off school, I actually am a very good student in school believe it or not.

People tend to blow all the money that they have and charge what they can't afford.However, this doesn't detract from the fact that if you want to grow your business and be successful you have put a little time and effort into your visual image and this is no different for real estate agents.

The problem with that is that it's easy to blow through your savings sending out all of these letters, and then give up before your efforts starts to bear any fruit.  

I have licenses for 8 specialty trades and can blow through a rehab in 20% of the time it takes most flippers.

JoeDidn't say she hadn't run a CMA but there are times that waving a CMA and showing what things sold for etc to some sellers is like blowing into the wind.
