Unfortunately, we cannot just shut off their service like you would electricity or cell phone when bill is not paid, tenants are well aware of this which is why us landlords are usually the last to be paid.

No matter what marketing youre doing be it bandit signs, post cards, yellow letter mail, what ever makes the telephone ring we should be using the callers cell phone to the fullest potential.I set everyone up in a autoresponder text system to keep touching the prospect each month.

I know from my research that above 70% of callers call from a cell phone.

I have to update my request.After buying an android pad I couldn't justify the web owners cost for an application for cell phones.

Again, seek legal advice from your attorney or the legal aid office and follow all the rules to the "t" so that you don't have to pay unnecessary fees or start the process over because you missed something or didn't follow a procedure correctly.
