Recommendations for sites with crime/education/etc. data?

Hey Folks!

Hope you all had a great 4th of July.

I am trying to gather more resources to aid my analyses moving forward.

I was wondering if any of you can recommend any other sites that you have found helpful?

I have used:

crimemapping.com

bestplaces.net

neighborhoodscout.com

Can you recommend any others? Would love more info on population statistics and economic statistics... as well as any other data people find useful when determining whether an area may be good for flipping.
