I would advise you to shop around for other lenders.

However, shop around as each lender can be different.A lot of times it wasn't always a lot of cash out of pocket however.  

If you do not know what your destination is then how in the world would you shop for flights to get there.

New homes, shopping centers, hospitals, etc. the first property that I obtain is in the sparks area.

I am looking for neighborhood with 20 min commute to uptown, in upcoming neighborhood with good rental market (like school and shopping area).

Mark Swoveland is a great guy on BP and "hosts" a monthly lunch that has great attendance, usually in Plano Shops of Legacy area.Market is overpriced in general depending on area of course but there are some good deals to be found.
