My first flip/ rental project

Hello my name is Oscar Prado, and I am born and raised in El Paso, Texas. I currently work in the oil field in the Midland/Odessa area. I have been working out here for around 2 years already and after hearing the BP podcast over the years, I have encountered my first project in the El Paso area.

In the area of 79928 in El Paso, Texas there is a lot of construction going on. New homes, shopping centers, hospitals, etc. the first property that I obtain is in the sparks area. The property that I have obtain is for 42k( owner finance). This property just had a run down trailer that needed a lot work. So I got in contract with a contractor and we fixed it up and now it looks like new. (spend 4k for the remodel and supply's)  after all the repairs the trailer should rent $400 a month. My next project is to put another trailer in the same lot making a 2 trailer lot, making in total of $800 a month for the 2 units being occupied.

This is my first try to make myself and my family financially free, and am still learning from the ground up to be the best Investor I can be.

If there any Investors in the El Paso Area that would like to meet and greet and talk about deals, or any mentors that would like to talk about other experience that can help each other out. I would love to meet anybody that has the same common goal as me, which is to be financially free.
