@Paul Idziak this can always be accomplished with little to no lenders fees based on your situation but you will always have title fees, doc stamps on the mortgage, and intangible tax on a Refinance

That stated though (and I think he would agree), you don't NEED multiple accounts to do what he is doing, tight book keeping in quicken or quick books could accomplish those goals and potentially do so only running a single checking account (at least that is how I do it right now).
