Day 1...The Journey from the Ground Up

Hello Bigger Pockets Community,

I will keep my first post short and to the point.  My name is Jacob Sagherian and I am currently living in Connecticut (I will continue to introduce myself as the weeks go on).  I am in the process of finding and purchasing my first multifamily investment property scheduled for the winter months.  I know what you are thinking...you typed in 'Starting Out" and this post pops up.... from somebody else who is also starting out.  This is the beauty of it all, I would like to help you grow with me and share my journey from the ground floor up, as we all climb the ladder together...one step at a time.

We all have the same LIMITLESS potential and can all reach the same heights.  I will repeat that....we all have UNLIMITED POTENTIAL.  The question is DO YOU BELIEVE IN YOU? What it all boils down to is your mindset day in and day out which will guide your each and every action.  I am not here for money and I am not here because I am a gimmicky sales person.  I am here because I feel I need to be here... to show people that things are possible and that each and every one of us can accomplish ANYTHING (as cliche as it sounds).

I will start posting weekly.  I want to inspire people with my words along with my actions day in and day out.  I want to take everybody through my journey and I want to walk side by side with you as we all grow together.  We will all look back one day and say that we made it...TOGETHER.  At first I was going to wait until further down the road to inspire, because the human mind generally associates credibility with how much a person has accomplished.  However, I realized waiting would go against everything I believe in...and would just follow what others have done in the past.  I believe it is important to see the process in the making, from the ground floor, allowing us to see that those "Giants" as we call them, all started from where we are starting.  The time to act is now.

So here I am and here we are...Day 1.  I have 1 Colleague on Bigger Pockets and this is my first post.... I am literally at ground floor, but I KNOW this is all part of the process.  I would like for us to all walk this journey together and I would like to let everybody know that IT IS POSSIBLE, and we WILL MAKE IT.  Please keep believing and remember to stay HUNGRY!

I tried to keep the post as short as possible...as I just wanted to use it as a small introduction.  Keeping the posts interactive is important...remember we are always the Teachers and the Students.  Please comment and share any of your own thoughts from your own DAY 1.  I look forward to talking to everybody as we all grow together.  Talk to you all next week, and for the quote of the day....."I don't go to sleep when I'm tired, I go to sleep when I'm done."...Eric Thomas
