Initially you may want to do an basic cleaning (get rid of trash, clean all windows and sills, bathroom & kitchen & cabinets, flooring and maybe even sweep down walls for dust build up and possible spider webs) so it's not overwhelming, then you can better assess and create your strategy.

went to see a home from  an investment rei company on C.L. dealing with foreclosures only. web site looks authentic enough, listing many homes sold  and some current ones for sale.

A couple other things I noticed with a web fly by.

Their web site doesn't say much, but the company told me today they are shipping them. 

They don't even post the price on the web site any more, it's gotten that high - if you look under their FAQ for "How much does it cost" they say "You only pay when you use it".
