As a lifelong hotelier in Las Vegas and Sonoma Wine Country, I agree with @John Wijtenburg's assessments. 

Columbus, OH comes in at #75 -- well down the list, but I know for a fact that Columbus is one of the best places to invest in hold properties, and certainly beats out San Francisco, or Vegas, or many of the other cities on this list.

The price is a steal if you understand Vegas market and prices so I don’t want to wait to long but I’m very nervous being I haven’t been studying and learning but a few weeks now but I come from business and sales so I don’t find it Intimidating at all but I don’t want to jump just in and mess up on the deal and could you some POINTERS FROM PROS who have done what I’m trying to do for my daughter & son who bdays are both this summer!

Pine bluff has a new casino that will be opening soon, If your into golf The Pine Bluff Country Club is a nice track.
