Commercial Properties (First Timer)

Looking to buy some commercial properties, one that has my most interest is a Baber shop build out in my city of Las Vegas.

My daughter is turning 8 next month and I would like to acquire this building/business and turn it into a men’s/Women salon from a Baber shop layout!

The price is a steal if you understand Vegas market and prices so I don’t want to wait to long but I’m very nervous being I haven’t been studying and learning but a few weeks now but I come from business and sales so I don’t find it Intimidating at all but I don’t want to jump just in and mess up on the deal and could you some POINTERS FROM PROS who have done what I’m trying to do for my daughter & son who bdays are both this summer!
