Now that we have chosen a market, we need to further narrow our scope to a neighborhood to set our sights on and do as much research from afar as possible before we fly over to visit in person.We are trying to find a fixer-upper single-family home (under $200k) in a B or A neighborhood within a 30 - 45 minute commute of major employers with the goal of rehabbing to bring up to rental market value and holding for the next 30 years.
