I have an amazing 81 yr old client in San Diego searching for a cash investor open to generating an immediate 20-25% equity gain on a cash investment of approx $280k.

Can anyone tell me what's the current buyer's margin for LA County/San Bernardino County?

When I look at jobs, population, income, avg rent and what I see when I travelDC (Fairfax and Arlington), Boston (Worcester, Woburn and Westwood), Philadelphia, Atlanta, Dallas, San Antonio, Columbus, Indianapolis, El Paso, Jacksonville, Charlotte, and New Haven.

That basically opens up San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas as major markets I can focus on.

The Austin/San Antonio corridor is the BOMB right now.Good luck, and keep in touch!

I imagine the San Francisco's, Austin's, Seattle's are closer to 2 or 3 %.

They say we are the next San Francisco and I believe it! 

I plan to focus in the Fort Myers area, Lehigh acres but it doesn't mean Im not looking for deals in all the SW Fl area this would include Naples, Bonita springs, San Carlos
