I’ve thought about using rentredi to help me stay organized with everything because I’m always pretty busy, but haven’t gone into that yet.  

I don't know of any virtual investor groups, but I organize a meetup at Goat Patch Brewing the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month.

The PM shouldn't be charging extra as that is part of their job to organize repairs. 

If with an agency, which organization did you use?

Go to meetups and build organic relationships where you can bounce ideas off your friends, not people you pay 

It’s too hard to organize calendars, housekeeping, etc., when it’s on again, off again.And, when someone has lived in a house for a month, it can be a two day process to get it back to rent-ready.Just manage it yourself.  

@Sara Hook I understand wanting a mentor, but I believe that if you guys started participating in your local Real Estate Investor Association that you will find your way organically.

This can't be done through an LLC, but you can still organize partnerships with others and lending terms will be much more favorable.

Does anyone know or organize such meetups?
