Hello everyone! So I am trying to learn the multi family investment route now. I'm wanting to join some kind of mentorship program where I can bounce my underwriting and ideas off of seasoned investors and grow my network. I have been involved in the SFH for 5 years now and I want to start moving into apartments and need help getting there. I have watched countless hours of YouTube videos and read hours of books. I just want to have someone to talk to that has real world knowledge on how to get in this new realm of business. Thanks in advance!

I recomend not watching countless hours of videos about RE.  Or reading countless books.

It tricks your brain into thinking you're accomplishing something.  That you're moving towards a goal.  When in reality you're running on a treadmill.

If you're goal is to learn all there is to know from books/videos, then keep doing that.   But if your goal is to grow a portfolio, then take actions towards buying a property.
