You want to look for members that have the RMP (Residential Management Professional) or MPM (Master Property Manager) designations because those have the most experience, training, and qualifications.

Some of the big box brokerages require new agents to train in person and do floor time (it sucks), etc, etc., but it's not worth it because you pay for their offices in your split and fees.

The property is set up with contractors and onsite management that helps reduce the workload but likely at least 5 to 10 hours a week is what I would estimate.

Also, for me the fact that it is on the bus line and not the train like say Newark or even East Orange makes it one of the least desirable areas to go from a really bad area to a decent area vs. places like those I mentioned.
