in a buyers market U suck it up.. in a hot sellers market you can do what you want in reality.I know I have given deposits back in the last year to buyers who were just not nice and if they start off not nicethey dont get better.. as for cranky rude agents it happens..

U want to talk about negative Bias just look at the politics in Portland Oregon and the negative bias.. the one lady that almost won for major was super weird.. she was only going to attack out of state corporate landlords.. and leave the local mom and pops alone.. that was in her position papers..
