I would add "only minutes to Montgomery" to give it context and list the military bases.In a Subject To deal, there is always the possibility of a Due on Sale call.

Some MLS boards will allow wholesalers (non owners with a purchase contract) to list the property with an agent in the MLS, some don’t.

Also, I have found some websites, along with a few listing through BP for some foreclosures. 

I haven't tried it in awhile so I can't confirm it still works, but there is a R package called realtR that is used to read listings on Realtor.com that I have used before.

I'm particularly interested in duplexes or triplexes that might be able to offer positive cash flow within the first year.I've spent countless hours researching cities, examining listings, and analyzing population growth trends, but I'm sure there are hidden gems (cities) I've yet to discover. 

However, I have a great real estate agent who has been sending me listings of potential Fix and Flip opportunities in Mass.

@Michael Mullins are you talking about the page that lists all the different meetups?  

They do this for free b/c they want to be your listing broker. 

In my case, I am a w2 employee and I chose to not take Reps because I could not honestly choose say that I or my wife met the hour requirements.Seems like BP is revamping their Tax Pro finder otherwise I would suggest going through that list and interviewing a professional and asking these question.
